Suma Inmobiliaria was founded in 2010 by Sergio Suárez, who after a decade working in the world of luxury real estate and growing alongside the best, decided to take the leap and create his own company, as co-founder, an independent agency that lays its foundations with the aim of filling a gap in the market needed in Madrid and with the idea of bringing the real estate market to buyers and sellers of certain socio-economic status in the best areas of Madrid.
